cost to you. WeAreWeddings provides backup equipment on site and a backup DJ
with a third set of equipment always on call for any event. All of our DJ
packages include setup 1 hr prior to start of your event and breakdown at no
extra cost to you. You only pay for time music is being played. Many busy career
brides chose to take advantage our online planning service which allows
you to select as much or as little of the music to be played at your reception
as you like from our extensive song library of 80,000 songs. Every effort to
locate any music selection, including ethnic songs, will be done by our
office production staff before your event so that your reception can be
personalized. After filling out a brief questionnaire describing your musical
tastes and that of your guests our Operations Manager’s 18 years of experience
will help us develop a song selection for the enjoyment of all your reception
guests. Lighting is an important part in setting the proper mood for your event.
All our DJ Packages include a white mirror ball effect for slow dances and
multiple color special effect lights for faster style dances. However we also
offer additional high tech lighting to offer more of a dance club atmosphere. As
a gift to you WeAreWeddings will present you an exclusive sentimental keepsake
CD containing your 6 traditional songs and space permitting your must play
selections for you to remember your event and anniversary to come. Unlike other
DJ companies you will receive unlimited office consultations with one of our
trained Wedding Coordinators who will review details and offer
suggestions with a feminine attention to detail on how to have a successful,
stress free, elegant, personalized, and entertaining reception that all your
guests will enjoy and remember for years to come.
